     LEGAL HELP LINE

               The Website provides a free Helpline to all its registered Users. The helpline has been provided to facilitate easy access to basic legal queries. A panel of legal experts would answer the queries and questions posed. The User shall be allowed to choose a Username and password.

               The Website disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the information posted on the Website by any User or any third party. The User is solely responsible and must use his own judgment before relying on any representations or information or data made by any third parties or person on the panel on the Website. The Website shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or losses caused due to or as a result of any false information or representations posted on the Website.

     USERS REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

               All Users must complete the registration process by:

       Providing a true, accurate, current and complete information as required in the Registration Form. This information provided by the User shall be referred to as "Registration Data"; and maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

      If any information is provided by a User is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Website shall have the right to refuse any and all current or future use of the Helpline or any other service that may be provided from time to time.

      USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

            Upon registration, a User shall be provided with a Username of his choice (subject to its availability). The System Administrator/Website shall not know the user's password. The User and the Website shall consider the username and password confidential and the same as confidential material. The following are the Users obligation with regard to the Username and password:

      The User shall keep the Username and password totally confidential and not reveal the password to any third party.

            The password shall be alphanumerical and comprise of at least five (5) characters or more and should preferably not relate to any readily accessible personal data such as the User's name, address, telephone number, drivers license etc., or easily deduced combination of letters and numbers;

       In the event of any misuse of the Username/ Password, the User shall immediately inform Website of the same.

      CONDUCT OF USER

               The User shall abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations while making use of the Website's services, and shall not interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Website's services by other Users. The User agrees to be solely responsible for the contents of User's private and public communications uploaded, posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted through the Website.

      LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

               The Website and its third party service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use or accessibility of the Website. 

               The Website or its third party service providers shall not be liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other User or third party or any infringement of the Users rights including intellectual property rights. The Website does not make any representations as to the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, lack of virus or any other harmful components and the accuracy of the information, software etc. contained on the Website.

                The Website shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting or arising out of advice, interruption, information or opinion, provided to any user through the Legal Helpline or through the use of any other service that may be provided at any time. The User is advised to seek legal counseling before acting on such opinion or advice received through the Helpline.
